  • One account-level pace

    Every campaign shares a single sending budget for the account, not one budget each: up to 30 outreach starts per rolling 24 hours, at least ~120 seconds between sends. Hit LinkedIn's weekly cap and the affected people are deferred until the cap resets, then retried automatically — LinkedIn's own reset time when it reports one, otherwise a conservative default interval.

  • Nothing sends until you tick it

    Outreach only goes to people you've selected, up to 50 per submission — add the rest to the same campaign in a second submission. People without a usable LinkedIn identity are excluded and flagged. Anyone already in flight in another of your campaigns isn't contacted twice.

  • The AI knows when to stop

    It ends the conversation on its own when the goal is met, when the premise no longer holds, or when the candidate clearly declines. If there is no reply, it is set to follow up once where your campaign plan calls for it, and then leave it.

  • It pauses for your call

    When something needs you, the run enters FEEDBACK_REQUIRED, stops sending, and emails you a summary. It waits.

  • Take over whenever

    Hit Stop on one conversation and reply by hand, or Pause outreach on a whole campaign, edit the goal or the script, and Resume. Edits only affect people still queued — nobody mid-conversation gets rewritten.

Do we need a LinkedIn Recruiter seat?

No — search capability comes with Probea. The invites, messages and follow-ups go out through the LinkedIn account you connect.

Whose account do the messages come from?

Yours. You connect a LinkedIn account during setup and every invite and reply is sent from it, so the candidate is talking to a real person on your team — not a bot handle.

Will this get a LinkedIn account restricted?

Nobody can guarantee that about anyone's account, and we'd be suspicious of anyone who does. What Probea does is hold its own pace deliberately low: one shared budget for the account, up to 30 outreach starts per rolling 24 hours, at least ~120 seconds between sends, and automatic deferral and retry once LinkedIn's weekly invite cap resets. Nothing goes out in bursts.

Is this mass outreach?

No, and it can't be. Messages only go to people you've ticked, and they go at the pace above. Every opener is written from that candidate's own profile.

What if a candidate says something the AI shouldn't answer?

It stops on its own when the goal is met, the premise breaks, or the candidate declines. When it hits something needing your call, the run pauses and emails you a summary. You can also hit Stop on a single conversation, or Pause outreach on the whole campaign, edit it, and resume.

Can we get the data out?

Yes. The results table exports to CSV at any point — the full list, or only what you've kept.

Can we work in Chinese?

You can brief the agent in Chinese and read its analysis in Chinese. The product's own interface labels are currently English.
